CHALLENGES IN EVIDENCING CYBERCRIME

Abstract

This study is one of the important aspects nowadays.Recently, the scientific and technological development has led to the development of cybercrime made the matter more complicated and difficult. Addition, cybercrimes are usually discovered by chance after a long time in committing them as well as crimes that are not discovered are much more than the ones that were revealed. The dark number between the truth about the number of these crimes committed and the number that was discovered is dangerous. In other words, the gap between the real number of these crimes and what was discovered is a big gap.  This is due to several data that revolves about the reality of cybercrime.
