SCIENCE BOOK CALENDAR FOR THE FIRST INTERMEDIATE GRADE ACCORDING TO THE COMPREHENSIVE QUALITY STANDARDS FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF THE TEACHERS OF MUTHANNA GOVERNORATE

Abstract

      The current research aims to evaluate the science book for the first intermediate grade, according to the comprehensive quality standards from the teachers' point of view, according to many fields, which are educational objectives, educational content, method of presenting scientific material, educational activities, and book evaluation, to achieve the goal of the research, the researchers prepared a research tool represented by a questionnaire that includes comprehensive quality standards.The researchers worked to verify the validity and reliability of the research tool, which has become ready in its final form and consists of (35) paragraphs distributed on the above mentioned fields of research, and after distributing the questionnaire to a sample of teachers in Al-Muthanna governorate, which amounted to (120) teachers and schools to get acquainted with their views on the content of the book. The two researchers unpacked the responses of the sample members and processed them statistically to arrive at the results that indicate that there are items that have met the satisfaction of the sample members, while there are items that did not satisfy the sample members, according to the results that have been reached, the two researchers presented a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals.
