THE ENGINEER'S ROLE IN EXECUTION DISPUTES OF CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTARCTING CONTRACTS
Abstract
The difficulties and disputes the phenomenon of general and inherent to the process of implementation of civil engineering construction contracts and should make efforts to identify the causes objectively and address these reasons , to achieve the purpose desired behind the APRA of this type of contract, and for the engineer after a representative of management in the contract an important role in the emergence of such disputes from during the decisions issued during the design or implementation or after the completion of the work, also plays a role in these disputes amicably and in accordance with the dictates of the general conditions of contracting works of civil engineering , and therefore in the best solution to ward off such disputes or reduce the occurrence is that the engineer shall take decisions in accordance with Specifications, maps, general conditions and legal texts related to this type of contract .
