To fulfill this aim, a random sample consisted of (350) faculty members who were selected from two Jordanian public universities (Yarmouk University, Jordan University of Science& Technology). Responses were collected through structured questionnaires from (244) faculty members of different disciplines at these two universities, with a response rate of 70%. The analyzed data showed that the level of sharing knowledge (both implicit and explicit), and the level of job performance among faculty members is moderate. It also showed that the knowledge sharing process has an impact on job performance among these faculty members.
