As a result, the burden of work load rises on the shoulders of the nurses. To fill this gap, this study investigates the effect of workload, long working hours/ overtime on the well-being of the nurses. For this purpose, the data has been collected from 120 respondents and analyzed through SPSS software. From the research, it has been found that, 90% of the participants are female; in which 80 per cent belongs to the age group of 20-30 years. This investigation also examines the consequences of workload and long working hours/overtime. The research also analyses some factors which affect employee’s performance.
