The
data was collected from 400 respondents (200 managerial and 200 non-managerial) working in
selected public and private sector banks through modified standard scale adopted by various
authors. Pearson correlation method was used to investigate the relationship between the
independent variables and dependent variables used in the present study. The results of the
study show that the dimensions under HRM practices (CP, TD, RC, PA, EP, and WLB),
employee performance and organizational commitment are positively and significantly
correlated.
}, number={6}, journal={PalArch’s Journal of Archaeology of Egypt / Egyptology}, author={Ms Vakula Kumari, Dr. Pushkar Dubey}, year={2020}, month={Nov.}, pages={1056 - 1061} }
