The results showed that the implementation of the DAK policy in the form of childbirth insurance, the implementation of the DAK policy in the form of puskesmas accreditation, the implementation of the DAK policy in the form of POM, the implementation of the DAK policy in the form of drugs and health supplies had been applied to the Jawawijaya Regency health office. Meanwhile, the implementation of the DAK policy in the form of communication has not been implemented at the Jawawijaya Regency Health Office.
