EFFECTIVE AGROTECHNOLOGY OF COTTON FEEDING IN DIFFERENT IRRIGATION METHODS
Abstract
Two-thirds of the globe is covered
by water, 98 percent of which is unsalted brackish water. Only more than 2
percent of the available water resources are freshwater, of which 79 percent
is permafrost, 20 percent is groundwater, and 1 percent is lake and river
water. Today, there is a shortage of clean drinking water and irrigation of
agricultural crops around the world. One of the urgent tasks in agriculture is
the efficient use of available water resources and the use of water and
resource-saving technologies.
