Abstract

Purpose: The study has focused on to comprehend the difficulties confronting Mumpreneurship in Pakistan. This study will help reduce the difficulties which women face every day. This study will give bits of knowledge into the supportive networks, resources, and strategy activities to those women may require in reducing different obstructions. Quantitative approach used the collection of data. Structured questionnaires were done with Mumpreneurs from Pakistan. The positivism approach was used to comprehend the difficulties confronting Mumpreneurs for understanding the members' experiences—quantitative analysis used in this study. SPSS was used for data analysis. Findings of this study are challenges (Stigma, Time, Growth, family balance) faced by Mumpreneurs in Pakistan. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of factors that are affecting the mother entrepreneurs to grow their business. This paper also suggests the scholars identify the strategies for entrepreneurial activities that may help expand economic growth in the country. In this study, data collected from Mumpreneurs. Data collected from a small sample of Mumpreneurs. Purposive sampling was used in this study. Few factors are investigated that can be more for future research. The outcomes of the study contribute to reducing the difficulties which everyone faces at a regular schedule, giving bits of knowledge into the supportive networks, resources, and approach activities to women may need to overcome different obstructions. This study also contributes to policy-making for Mumpreneurs. The paper is identified some future areas need to study.
