EFFECT OF SOCIAL DOMINANCE ORIENTATION AND RIGHT-WING AUTHORITARIANISM ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PERSONORGANIZATION FIT AND WORK ENGAGEMENT: AN ANALYSIS THROUGH HIERARCHICAL LINEAR MODELLING
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine how the strength of relationship between personorganization fit (POF) and work engagement (WEN) is affected by social dominance orientation
(SDO) and right-wing authoritarianism (RWA). Data were collected from 299 employees with
more than one year of experience of one of the largest private University in terms of number of
students on campus, in April-May, 2019. Structured Equation Modelling was used to analyze the
data. A part of results were cross validated with the help of hierarchical liner modelling. Results
revealed that SDO and RWA moderates the link between POF and WEN.
