SUPRA-PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES OF THE FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES AND FACTORS OF THE NECESSITY FOR THEIR DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

Due to globalization factors, the world of forthcoming technologies and the dynamically developing economy dictates new terms to which the structure of higher professional education should respond. Today, it is not enough for a modern graduate to get a professional education once and for all in order to remain successful in professional activity and be in demand in the labour market. In response to the above, the authors justify their meaning, content, theoretical systematization and foundation. Also, according to the results of a theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign studies, the article reveals and argues the concept of «supra-professional competencies».
