Abstract
One of the elements in education management in schools is the teacher who is at the forefront of learning activities. The role of the teacher in learning activities at school is as a facilitator who helps and makes it easier for students to achieve learning goals which ultimately refer to the achievement of educational goals. Therefore, in order to achieve the goals of education, professional teachers who have high dedication to their duties as educators and teachers are needed in order to achieve the quality of education.
