SPIRITUALITY AND ETHICAL BEHAVIOUR IN WORKPLACE

Abstract

Spirituality is increasing day by day; it is generally means that in workplace we have to be more attentive so that we can follow values and ethics in organizations. If you are doing spirituality it is being in yourself so that every individual will do stress free work in the organization and feel relief in its workplace. Spirituality made our mindset so peaceful so that frustration level in us will reduce. By doing every day an individual will have free and mental state of mind so that he can manage his family and worklife.And by having values and ethics makes the individual development more day by day. So that work-family both will be balanced. Morale, ethics and values should be there i the person so that these values will be added in his personal and organizational relationships. And by having these all things makes the individual development day by day and these will developed good relations among individual to individual. If a person is ethical than he is going to balance his personal and professional life both so that he will be stress free and work in a peace state of mind in the organization. If a person is attentive in his workplace than due to spirituality he is developing good values in him, so that positively he worked in the organization for his betterment. Spirituality does not mean that you are having ethical values it means that you have to adopt those values in your daily life. People who are having leisure time in their organization or at home they spend some time in spirituality so that their mind and soul becomes pure and fresh. Spirituality also says that the individual behaviour will also be perceived by this level and this spiritual behaviour is been implemented in organizational level. So spirituality is very important in the organization and individual can easily implement and work stress free in the organization with stress free mind.
