CAREER DEVELOPMENT FOR BPJS KESEHATAN KABANJAHE EMPLOYEES

Abstract

Employee development at the Kabanjahe Branch of BPJS Kesehatan Office identifies gaps in increasing employee performance. The research objective is to analyze the relationship between employees' work performance and career development at BPJS Kesehatan Kabanjahe. The research method used classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. The result of the research is that part, the variable of work performance has a good and significant relationship to the career development variable of BPJS Kesehatan Kabanjahe Branch.
