Abstract

The core idea of ​​learning depends on aptitude, aptitude, and the amount of time an individual needs to learn, and this would provide positive opportunities in the learning process, and therefore students with a low capacity for a particular type of learning take longer to reach the mastery stage or to the level of their peers. Those with high abilities, and accordingly it is necessary to emphasize the methods and methods that take into account the individual differences between the learners in order to reach their abilities to the maximum level in performance, and master learning is one of the best methods that bring the learned group to the degree of mastery in learning before moving on to learning another skill that may Be more difficult than the previous one.The introduction of the principle of technical learning in learning and acquiring skills aims to reach the educated group to the degree of mastery in learning and performance before moving on to another learning, and that "learning the skill practically as well as understanding the skill and knowing its purpose and the availability of repeated opportunities for training in which the individual is subject to supervision during his first attempts" (Fikri Hassan , 1984) is one of the basics of learning principles. Therefore, the two researchers decided to introduce the principle of professional learning in acquiring some basic skills in volleyball and to identify the extent of its effectiveness in developing the level of performance.
