THE ROLE OF CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS IN ACHIEVING ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON CELLULAR COMMUNICATIONS COMPANIES OPERATING IN JORDAN

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of critical success factors (information technology; talent capital) in achieving organizational excellence in terms of (creating a vision and setting goals, evaluating the basic plan, the creative process, organizational transformation, measurement and continuous improvement) of cellular telecommunications companies operating in Jordan. . Also identify the relative value of each of the study variables. The study population consisted of employees of cellular telecommunications companies operating in Jordan (Zain, Orange, Umniah). The study sample consisted of workers in cellular communications companies, including managers and heads of departments, whose number is (168) employees. The study used the descriptive and analytical approach. The study data was collected through a specially designed questionnaire for this purpose. The study showed: that the impact of critical success factors in achieving systemic excellence in telecommunications companies operating in Jordan was high, and that there was a variation in the amount of the impact of critical success factors on achieving organizational excellence in operating telecommunications companies. in Jordan. The study recommended: The necessity of enhancing awareness within telecommunications companies operating in Jordan at all levels of the importance of critical success factors and their role in achieving organizational distinction and success in general, and the establishment of the management of telecommunications companies operating in Jordan to increase financial allocations for investment in information technology, which helps in carrying out business efficiently and effectively.
