Abstract

This research has important theoretical and practical significance for enterprises to understand, enhance their psychological capital and improve their core competitiveness. This study collected 185 psychological capital initial response items from 392 technicians in Guangdong Province through personal interviews, group interviews and questionnaires. Fuzzy-logic technique was used in research method. On this basis, researchers used strict item screening procedures and project analysis methods, EFA, CFA and other quantitative means, innovatively obtained the high-level structure of five-dimensional psychological capital which is Hope, Optimism, Resilience, Authenticity and Forgiveness of the employees in Guangdong Technology enterprises. The relationship between demographic variables and psychological capital is also reported in the study. For example, employees of different genders have significant differences in resilience factors; employees at different job levels have significant differences in hope and resilience factors; employees in different regions are authentic. There is a significant difference in the factor of hope. In addition, there are no significant differences in other demographic variables between the various factors of psychological capital. This paper summarizes the conclusions and explains the shortcomings in the research and indicates the extension for future studies.
