Abstract

In recent times, interest in modern technology crimes has increased by explainers and researchers in public international law and forensic sciences, as modern technology crimes are among the most widespread crimes in the world, which made the international community launch many legal mechanisms to confront these crimes by concluding global and regional international agreements to combat these crimes. Which is known by many names such as modern technology crimes, information crimes, or electronic crime, which is known in English: "Electronic crime or e-crime?".
