Abstract

Work-force development & planning is defined as an efficient tool for attaining stated objectives, using the specific example of Bashundhara Paper Mills Ltd Bangladesh. There are significant issues with this research, one of which is the lack of effective supervision in accomplishing the authorized overall programmes. The purpose of this analysis is to figure out adequate time and expertise in manpower planning that will enable managers to collect knowledge that will support them after identifying the tools in workforce management for the organisation. The results of this study revealed that sufficient mauled funding is required for field research, and also that the previous workforce plan serves as a reasonable base for evaluating current workforce plans. Thus, it was revealed that personnel training has an impact in meeting corporate objectives and priorities via the data review questionnaire. The study design's concise method that was utilized helped to collect information and analyse the data collection. The study used conversation, assessment, and questionnaire as the data collection tool. Recommendations, hypothesis & result of this project say that managers will use their previous personnel strategy as a reference point when planning for a new program to prevent errors.
