Abstract

Administrative thought is a thought with a human practice dating back thousands of years,
and we notice that primitive man in ancient times practiced this thought in the simplest
form, and the research aims to use Islamic administrative thought as a supreme model for the
development of Islamic countries, because the administrative thought of Imam Ali (Peace
be upon him) is distinguished by several good qualities such as durability and cohesion,
based on solid, logical rules, so this thought was distinguished by characteristics that may
not be distinguished by any western administrative thinker. And human thought, because it
is characterized by a human viewpoint, for what moves in the horizon of administration is
the human and not the machine, just as the imam’s view of the administrative institution, it
is a miniature society in which all social elements are solidified, and the administrative
applications manifested in the period of Imam Ali peace be upon him, where the research
reached results based on an effective doctrine that does not change, and are applicable in any
time and place, and the Islamic administrative thought model is considered the first The
method of developing administrative thought about 1400 years ago through the instructions
of religion from the Qur’an and the noble Prophet’s Sunnah.
