THE FACTORS AFFECTING THE ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF ECONOMIC ZONES IN VIETNAM
Abstract
In Vietnam, the Economic Zone generates the growth of a new economy. According to the author's research, the organization and management of economic zones in Vietnam are still in the initial stages. Awareness of factors affecting the organization and management of economic zones has not been studied. From there, there has been no such most common model for organization and management. The study has been performed Through the recent 10-year research data for economic zones in Vietnam and surveyed by questionnaires sent to more than 250 enterprises inside and outside 16 economic zones and more than 10 experts with experience in management. Government economic zones, the author uses the data analysis tool SPSS 26 Premium with EFA model considering the relationship to form economic zones (the dependent variable), with necessary factors (independent variable ), such as People, Policy, Project, Position, Potential. At the same time, the research results obtained through the analysis of the linear regression model, the independent variables have an impact from high to low: Position, Policies, People, Project, Potential. This is of great significance for the Government to consider setting up the most effective model of organization and management of economic zones in Vietnam.
