Abstract

The study aimed to identify the factors affecting adaptation to university life among new students in light of the Corona pandemic, as the study focused on the role of classroom and extra-curricular activities in adapting to university life among preparatory year students, and the sample consisted of (120) preparatory year students. At Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, the current study tools included a questionnaire that revealed the role of classroom and extra-curricular activities in adapting to university life among new students in light of the Corona pandemic, and the results of the study indicated that classroom and extra-curricular activities have a role in adapting to university life among preparatory year students, There are differences between the role of classroom and extra-curricular activities in adapting to university life among preparatory year students in favor of classroom activities. The study reached a set of recommendations and proposed research.
