Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on
employee performance. Methods used in this study is "explanatory research" with the techniques of
collecting data through questionnaires. Analysis of the data processing by using multiple regression
and partial. The results showed that transformational leadership and job satisfaction affect
performance positively and significantly either partially or simultaneously. Recommendations made
to management is that management can maintain and even increase the factors that can affect
performance in this study
