STRATEGIC INVOLVEMENT AND ITS ROLE IN IMPROVING THE DIGITAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Abstract
The aim of this study is to test the relationship between two important variables in the academic administrative field, namely strategic Involvement and digital entrepreneurship. The study aims to shed light on untapped concepts within the academic and practical field in both the Iraqi and Arab business environment, in addition to synthesizing variables that have not been studied together previously, even at the global level. The tremendous development in information technology has created an urgent need for the Iraqi business environment to study digital business extensively, and that the most recent forms of business are of an entrepreneurial character. Here was the important role of studying digital entrepreneurship, which brings together two important modern qualities. Therefore, the type of tool that promotes Strategic Involvement must be studied. The importance of the study stems from the importance of its variables and the role of those variables in developing the Iraqi work environment by keeping pace with the digital business environment and how to choose the appropriate leadership style and strategy. The quantitative applied approach was used to test the study variables within the Iraqi business environment by adopting a scale for each variable. The study was applied in a private educational institution, which is Al-Kafeel University in the holy city of Najaf, the size of the study population was (270) and the research sample was (160) consisting of A group of university deans and teaching staff, in addition to a group of heads of scientific and administrative departments. The questionnaire was distributed electronically to them. The data was also analyzed statistically using the SPSS 25 program as well as the SmartPLS program. The study concluded important conclusions that show the importance of the relationship between strategic Involvement and digital entrepreneurship and strengthening that relationship.
