A MYSTICAL JOURNEY OF SOM BHASKAR AND RATAN RATHORE IN SEARCH OF SELF AND SOLACE
Abstract
Everyone in this world is enacting the role which is concisely designed for one particular individual; the course of journey is either relaxed enough to straighten the path or is crooked enough to get one caught in the labyrinth. The maze is not something which could be sorted with ease, and Som Bhaskar the protagonist of The Last Labyrinth, is amidst such maze. He longs to free himself of the burden of the life, and his journey is both mystical and mysterious. Ratan Rathore, on the other hand is the protagonist of The Apprentice, he is someone caught up in the maze laid by his activities, and he becomes the prey to the societal instigation and personal predicaments. This particular paper is an analysis of the journey of Som Bhaskar and Ratan Rathore in addition to the study of their psychological conditions.
