CULTIVAR IS A KEY ELEMENT OF CULTIVATION TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

The article reveals the concept of cultivar and the importance of kohlrabi cabbage. It also describes the changes in the growth and development of tested six cultivars of kohlrabi grown through seedlings as a secondary crop, as well as how they differ from each other.It is exlained that the yield of the cultivars depends not only on the number of plants per hectare, but also on the weight of the vegetal part forming each bush. Amokashy, Gigant and Delikates cultivars of kohlrabi have been recommended to be grown as a second crop.
