Abstract

There are various frauds, deviations, and violations during the implementation of General
Election of Regional Head (GERH). Those include various modes of money politics
campaigns outside the predetermined zoning, the act of destroying, obstructing and disturbing campaigns of other candidate pairs, the act of destroying campaign tools of other candidate pairs, campaigns in educational center, and black campaigns.
