Abstract

This research examine the relationship causality between total consumption expenditure ,
Governmental investment, Average personal income and capitalism composition by using
The VAR Granger Causality Testes .The results of this research found stability relationship
between there are variables so that will be make Granger Causality Testes .The Iraqi
economy worked to increase rate of growth and economic , social development by using
increasing total consumption expenditure ,But failed in that aim because for many reasons .
