MANAGEMENT MODEL AND VILLAGE FUND ALLOCATION DURING PANDEMIC COVID-19 IN WAIHERU VILLAGE AMBON CITYINDONESIA

The Village Fund Budget allocation governance model has been an ongoing problem since it was first started in 2015. This has been exacerbated since Covid-19, which caused budget planning policies at the village level to change on the grounds of providing social assistance to communities in the village. For this reason, this study was carried out to understand in depth the management model and allocation of village fund budget and village budget in Ambon City in 2020 and the village fund budget and village budget management model in Negeri villages, Ambon City during the Covid-19 period. By analyzing the phenomenological approach and indepth analysis, we have found the answer to this study's question in Waeheru village, namely the distribution and allocation of the Village Fund Budget for social assistance during the pandemic community regional banks and the Indonesian Post office. The distribution of social assistance to the people of Waeheru Village using existing population data. The village government's population data is then fully validated to confirm the community's correctness for the community who will receive social assistance.
