LEGAL PROTECTION FOR DISABLED CHILDREN WORKING UNDER INDONESIAN LABOR LAW

Abstract

Child workers with disabilities should be clearly regulated in the employment law. Thereis no legal vacancy that could potentially harm the rights of children with disabilities who work. In the labor law,, Indonesia has established a rule prohibiting children who work under the age of either normal or disabled conditions. However, in other provisions, children are allowed to work under the prescribed conditions. The fact is that not all children are born with normal conditions, there are some childrenwith disabilities. Therefore, it is necessary to review the legal protection and rights of child workers with disabilities.. Whether they get equal rights or not with children in general.
