Abstract

Thai’s education 4.0 that must of own innovation. This research to highlights of sustainable education leadership a managing ability educational 4.0. Instruments were the interviews, questionnaire. Collections came from documentary, interviews, survey with participants to the data. Factors to sustainable education leadership a managing ability educational 4.0 were to accept change, ready to be  the leaders  for  change, advanced vision, attention communication, technological minded, coordination skills, be modest. Causal  factors have empirical data to statistical significance at level of .01. Policy for setting goals a managing ability educational 4.0 as capacity development of sustainable education leadership, budget system organization and supporting factors for educational management, policies to promote education for sustainable development, building the ability to meet the needs of the learners and stakeholders, and building the ability to adapt to local and international contexts. Finally, managing ability educational 4.0 was effectiveness quality education.
