Abstract

The scientific development that human society is witnessing in all fields of life through the technological revolution in the field of communications and informatics, it is natural that it affects all aspects, including those related to the state or individuals, and among what this renaissance affects is its reflection on the law, as we find harmony With the advantages of dealing with these modern means because they are the fastest and least expensive, it was necessary to deal with these transactions by organizing and in the formulation of foundations and rules commensurate with the nature of this environment. Therefore, the digital improvement has affected the creation of electronic crimes and the setting of appropriate penalties for them, then the general regulations for criminal techniques starting with the research and investigation level transferring to the trial degree and the rules they include associated with the difficulties associated with the subject of criminal proof and the number of their powers for use within the framework of crook proof.
