MEASURING PSYCHOLOGICAL DIFFERENTIATION OF PREPARATORY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract

The current research deals with the study of (psychological differentiation among middle school students), as the sample on which the research relied reached (60 teachers and schools) of those who study middle school students for the 2019-2020 academic year, and the current research aims to achieve the following: Recognizing the psychological differentiation of male and female teachers, Identifying the statistically significant differences in psychological differentiation according to the gender variable: males and females. To these goals, the researcher used the psychological differentiation scale of, and after applying it to the research sample, the results showed the following: In light of the results of the current research, the following conclusions can be drawn: The presence of a level of psychological differentiation among the members of the research sample, There are no statistically significant differences between males and females in the level of psychological differentiation of the research sample according to gender variables (males, females),In light of these results, the researcher developed a number of recommendations and suggestions.
