Consumer Behaviour On Online Ride Hailing Apps In India
Abstract
India's taxi industry has changed drastically from street-hail, unorganised taxi format to app-based rides being used in all walks of life. Today, the taxi industry is extremely modern, with a variety of advantages in convenience, travel time, details on the real time, economy and protection to its consumers. Cab e-hailing is now a key component of metropolitan cities, offering a higher client value than most traditional taxi services. For this paper, data has been collected from 120 respondents with the help of structured questionnaire. The aim of this paper is to examine different factors that affect the behaviour of drivers while hiring an app-based cabs.
