Abstract

The backbone of a hotel is the housekeeping department. Not only does it take care of the cleanliness of the whole hotel, but it also contributes significantly to many other hotel events. The major task of housekeeping deals with the necessities, facilities, provisions, comforts, etc., keeping in view the clientele' priorities, per se. This research studies the importance of housekeeping services and practices in the health care business.
