ANALYSIS OF THE INFORMATION OF THE PROPERTIES LOCATED IN PROTECTION AREAS OF THE SAN JUANITOMUNICIPALITY OF META COLOMBIA

Abstract

A compilation of information was carried out to analyze and determine how many properties are inserted in Protection Areas of the San Juanitomunicipality in the department of Meta Colombia. A descriptive type methodology was used where the secondary information was contrasted with what was found in the field. Fifty-eight (58) properties in different proportions of insertion in the protection zone were related; Of the nine paths that make up the municipality, only one does not have properties in the Protection Area. It was found that 90% of the properties do not possess titles, generating de facto holdings of more than 50 years.
