Abstract
In the Islamic approach, life is a divine gift and bestowment to every individual. It has priority and is heading all the human rights.All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.
Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.
The Holy prophet (P.B.U.H) demolished such distinction once he (P.B.U.H) said that he was also a human being like us and says in other words: All human beings have equal rights and teaches equality amongst all human being . No one superior other of his worship. They declared that master and slave , king and subjects , man and women , all are equal and slave of God . they are equal in the rules of law. The greatness benevolence of the Holy prophet given righteous of society people and especially for women before Islam the insulting and sinful.
The historical record shows that Muhammad consulted women and weighed their opinions seriously. Every Muslim stands in the same line. ‘’Rich or poor black or white all Muslim pray one God and prostrated for one Allah ‘’.The Holy prophet started finished slowly the salve concept.
