Abstract

Interfaith harmony is a symbol of endurance; it can be the way forward for peaceful coexistence, peace, and prosperity among followers of different religious faiths in this growing political and economic unrest. It is important for the followers of all faiths to follow the strategy of tolerance, peace, patience and interfaith harmony. Similarly, inter-religious dialogue is important for mass communication, and its purpose is to pave the way between people or communities with different religious beliefs, traditions, and worldviews through dialogue, meaningful discussion, and dialogue. For the exchange of interfaith dialogue, the common ground is to share ideas of religion and spirituality. The primary objective was to promote feelings of compassion and respect for believers of all faiths. The main purpose of interfaith communication is to promote coexistence and encourage the stages of mutual learning. The first duty of Islam is to adopt a better attitude and behaviour towards people of different religions and beliefs so that a peaceful atmosphere can be established in society. Similarly, the purpose of constructive dialogue is to improve the situation, provide useful analysis, suggest improvements, and present an appropriate and sympathetic approach to religions and traditions to build a better and peaceful environment. Today's global crisis is affecting the world religiously, socially, politically, economically, due to which anxiety, and hatred are becoming dominant in different societies. Hence the dialogue between religions and civilizations being felt as the greatest need and desire of the world. Here it is very important that every religion has its own language and traditions which impart basic human values to the people. By which the human society moves towards improvement and these values play the role of guardian of this society. Interfaith dialogue is a constructive and effective exchange of ideas and cooperation between members of different faiths, religions, philosophies, or spiritual orientations. It is an effective means of promoting religious understanding, acceptance and tolerance. It is a way of respecting and accepting different ideas, beliefs and practices in a pluralistic society, encouraging mutual respect and understanding between people of different religions, beliefs, traditions and ways of thinking. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the interfaith dialogue in the light of Quranic teachings and to promote the acceptance and understanding of different beliefs in a pluralistic society. In the completion of this research paper help has been taken from various sources i.e. books, websites, magazines, articles and newspapers. Interfaith exchange is a useful asset for building common comprehension and acknowledgment in a pluralistic culture. Interfaith exchange is significant for building acknowledgment of various religions and societies in a pluralistic culture. By taking part in open and aware discussions, people can find out about one another's convictions and customs, which can prompt more noteworthy comprehension and appreciation.
