Abstract

The paper examines the role international and regional organizations play in the protection,
management and promotion of cultural heritage. By focusing on international and regional
bodies and institutions that are active in the field of Cultural heritage’s protection, legislation
and issued laws. The paper also discusses the concepts relating to cultural heritage, its
importance, methods of protection, and the international efforts that have played an important
role in the protection of cultural heritage in its various types and forms.
