Abstract

The article attempts to determine the role of civil society institutions in the formation of a promising model of professional socialization of a person in the process of determining the path of modern Russia. The paper concludes that the authoritarian model is the historically conditioned national model. However, social progress requires the development of a humanistic model of socialization, which contributes to the formation of subject-subject relationship in the formation of the professional identity of the younger generation. This model is genetically related to the modernization of Russian society and the development of its civil institutions, which are one of its main agents.
