The legal organization of the largest parliamentary bloc in Iraq

Abstract

This paper deals with the position of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2005 and its complementary legislation from the largest parliamentary bloc or the parliamentary majority that must be available for the purpose of forming the Council of Ministers, along with reviewing and analyzing the numerous judicial decisions issued by the Federal Supreme Court in this regard, and comparing this with the practical reality, in order to Exposing the extent of congruence between the constitutional reality and the political reality of forming a council in Iraq.
